Podocarpus Japan, also known as the Japanese yew or Inumaki in Japanese, is a species of evergreen tree native to Japan and eastern China. It has a columnar or pyramidal growth habit and can reach heights of up to 20 meters. The tree has dark green, needle-like leaves and produces small, fleshy, purple-black berries. Podocarpus Japan is widely cultivated as an ornamental plant and used in hedges, topiaries, and as a specimen tree in gardens and landscapes.
