OVERVIEW
This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service of Pudu Ria Florist Trading (Southern) Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 201801036755 (1298785-M)) (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order for retail products, wholesale supplies, or floral subscriptions through prflorist.com.sg (the “Site”), you (“the customer”, “the buyer”) explicitly agree to be bound by the regional routing schedules, cut-off validations, cross-border restrictions, and international freight rules set forth below.

 

SECTION 1 - DOMESTIC TRUCK FULFILLMENT ZONES (JOHOR, MALAYSIA)

We operate a specialized, scheduled logistics fleet divided by specific regional zones across Johor.

  • Johor Bahru Same-Day Fulfillment Area: Same-day delivery is available daily across Johor Bahru and immediate surrounding areas, provided the order is finalized and verified prior to our strict 3:00 PM daily cut-off time. This daily fleet maps to the following validated regions:

  • Zoning Redirections: This portal (prflorist.com.sg) is optimized for southern logistics. If your delivery destination routes to alternative Malaysian states, you are required to purchase through our sister platforms:
    • For other standard states in Malaysia, please route through prflorist.com.my.
    • For northern territories (Penang, Kedah, and Perlis), please route through prn.prflorist.com.my.

 

SECTION 2 - CROSS-BORDER REGIONAL FULFILLMENT (SINGAPORE)

We operate a dedicated cross-border truck logistics framework to service all postal codes within Singapore.

  • Fulfillment Windows: Deliveries to Singapore addresses are dispatched every Monday through Friday.
  • Ordering Requirements: To lock in shipping rates and schedule your delivery, customers must select the "Shipping" option on the Cart Page and manually designate an available delivery date from the cross-border scheduling calendar.
  • Biosecurity & Plant Restrictions: Due to strict international phytosanitary import laws and cross-border biosecurity frameworks, live potted plants, rooted flora, and soil items are completely barred from Singapore transit. Only fresh-cut flower stems, preserved/dried materials, and durable floristry supplies are eligible for Singapore truck routing.

 

SECTION 3 - CHECKOUT VALIDATION LOGIC

  • Postcode Enforcement: To maintain logistics viability, customers placing orders for Johor destinations must enter their specific postcode at checkout. Our portal will dynamically check the entry against our regional database. If a postcode is not serviced or falls outside our regional routing boundaries, checkout will be restricted.
  • Date Selection: Buyers across both Johor and Singapore configurations must pick a designated delivery day from the operational calendars. Mismatched or unselected fields will hold the processing queue, and Pudu Ria Southern holds no liability for subsequent scheduling delays.

 

SECTION 4 - RECIPIENT ABSENCE & UNATTENDED DROP-OFFS

Fresh-cut stems, wholesale florals, and foliage are perishable, climate-sensitive items.

  • Drop-off Protocol: If a recipient is not present during our vehicle's route arrival, our couriers will attempt telephone contact. If contact fails, items will automatically be left at a secure guard house, reception desk, or shaded doorstep as specified by the customer's delivery annotations.
  • Liability Waiver: Pudu Ria Southern accepts no liability or responsibility for structural sun damage, rapid weathering, degradation, or theft of products left unattended at your requested delivery interface.

 

SECTION 5 - PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

  • Holiday Disruption: If a recurring subscription delivery day or a selected calendar slot falls on an official public holiday, transit will automatically route to the subsequent available business delivery slot unless explicitly broadcasted otherwise.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for transit stoppages or border delays arising from severe weather events, causeway/border checkpoints disruptions, or sudden customs clearance network outages.

 

SECTION 6 - GLOBAL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE LOCAL FLEETS)

For orders routed entirely outside our domestic truck grids in Malaysia and Singapore, the following international parcel framework applies:

  • Permitted Cargo: International freight is strictly restricted to non-perishable floristry tools, hardware, and long-lasting floral components. We do not ship fresh flowers or live plants globally. Eligible categories include: dried & preserved flowers, wrapping papers, flower boxes, color sprays, ribbons, baskets, decoration cards, vases, pots, and florist accessories.
  • Import Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees: International shipments pass through international custom houses and are highly subject to import taxes, tariffs, brokerage premiums, and clearance fees assessed by the destination country's government.
  • Absolute Customer Liability: All destination customs duties and import taxes are the sole financial liability of the customer. Pudu Ria Southern maintains no oversight over these individual assessments, cannot pre-calculate the figures, and will not issue financial cash refunds or freight credits if a package is rejected, held, or abandoned at border points due to unpaid local fees.
