Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pudu Ria Florist Southern. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site, purchasing wholesale or retail floral products, enrolling in educational workshops, or subscribing to our floral services, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

 

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

 

SECTION 2 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only. Because of the natural, seasonal fluctuation and price changes in wholesale fresh flower markets, product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

 

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

 

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (RETAIL & WHOLESALE)

• Freshness & Seasonality: Every floral delivery is unique. Photos on our website serve as creative inspiration. Your actual delivery will vary based on seasonal market availability, weather conditions, and the artistic curation of our florists.
  
• Wholesale Accounts: To qualify for a wholesale account, businesses must provide valid registration credentials (such as Form 9 / Section 17 in Malaysia, or relevant corporate indicators). We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject wholesale account applications at our sole discretion.
  

 

SECTION 5 - FLORAL SUBSCRIPTION SPECIFIC TERMS

By subscribing to a Pudu Ria Southern subscription tier (such as The Home Essential, The Grand Impression, or The Petite Elegance), you explicitly agree to the following operational parameters:

• Automatic Renewal & Billing: All subscriptions renew automatically based on your selected frequency (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly). Your payment method on file will be charged on the scheduled renewal date itself.
  
• Upcoming Order Reminder: An automated reminder email will be sent to you 12 hours prior to your subscription billing cycle. It is your responsibility to ensure you are ready to receive the flowers at your registered delivery address.
  
• Failed Payment Protocol: In the event of a failed transaction, our system will automatically make three (3) redemption attempts over three (3) consecutive days. If all three attempts fail, your subscription will be immediately suspended. You can reactivate your billing and resume your subscription at any time through your Account Portal.
  
• Commitment Plans (12-Delivery Terms): Subscriptions tied to fixed commitment intervals require a mandatory minimum term of twelve (12) completed deliveries. Early cancellations or cash refunds are strictly prohibited before the full 12-delivery cycle is met. Suspended or paused timelines will extend the commitment duration until the 12-delivery obligation is completely fulfilled.
  
• Modifications & Cut-off Deadlines: Requests to pause, skip, or modify standard ("Pay-On-The-Go") subscription cycles—including updates to delivery routing addresses—must be logged in your Account Portal at least three (3) business days prior to the next scheduled delivery window.
  
• Subscription Cancellations: Standard plans may be cancelled at any time after the first delivery, provided notice is given 3 business days before the next billing cycle. To prevent a Commitment Plan from automatically renewing into a new cycle after the 12th delivery, cancellation must be executed before the billing cycle for the 13th delivery commences.
  

 

SECTION 6 - STORE CREDIT & CASHBACK REWARDS

All store credits issued or earned via our online store are subject to the following rules:

• Usage Restrictions: Store credit is intended solely for online use and can only be applied at the checkout stage in our online store (prflorist.com.sg). Store credit is strictly non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash, physical goods outside the online system, or any other alternative payment formats.
  
• Cashback Store Credit Expiration: Store credit accumulated through our promotional cashback and loyalty reward systems is subject to strict expiration timelines based on account categorization:
  • B2C (Retail) Customers: Cashback store credit is valid for exactly one (1) year from the date of issuance.
  • B2B (Wholesale) Customers: Cashback store credit is valid for exactly six (6) months from the date of issuance.
  
• Refund Store Credit Expiration: Store credit issued as a resolution for order adjustments, cancellations, or verified fresh product complaints does not carry an expiration date unless explicitly stated during issuance.
  

 

SECTION 7 - E-GIFT CARD TERMS

• Redemption: Pudu Ria Southern E-Gift Cards are digital-only products redeemable exclusively online via prflorist.com.sg. Credits can be used for retail store purchases, new subscriptions, or applied against ongoing subscription renewals.
  
• Validity & Refunding: E-Gift cards are valid for exactly one (1) year from the date of purchase. E-Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or liquidated for cash.
  

 

SECTION 8 - DOMESTIC DELIVERIES AND LOCAL LOGISTICS

Our local fulfillment logistics cover across Johor (Malaysia) and Singapore.

• Fulfillment Mapping: Same-day deliveries are localized to Johor Bahru and immediate surrounding areas for eligible cut-off orders. Regional Johor zones and Singapore receive scheduled truck deliveries on designated days. Customers are strictly required to input accurate postal codes at checkout; inaccurate postal routing entries may result in immediate order cancellation.
  
• Recipient Absence: Flowers and foliage are highly perishable items. If a recipient is absent during the delivery window, flowers will be left at a designated guard house, reception desk, or a shaded doorstep as indicated by the customer. Pudu Ria Southern accepts no liability or responsibility for the rapid deterioration, theft, or damage of products left unattended.
  
• Public Holiday Interruption: Delivery schedules operate across regular business frameworks. Unless explicitly stated or adjusted by corporate notification, if a recurring delivery date coincides with a major public holiday, shipment will automatically route to the next available business delivery slot.
  

 

SECTION 9 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & RESTRICTIONS

For orders routed outside our standard domestic truck networks (Johor and Singapore local deliveries), the following global logistics framework applies:

• Perishable Border Restrictions: Due to international trade regulations, customs clearances, and phytosanitary bio-security cross-border laws, we do not ship fresh cut flowers, live plants, or perishable organic goods internationally.
  
• Eligible International Cargo: International shipping is exclusively restricted to non-perishable floristry supplies, hardware, and long-lasting decor items. Eligible categories include: dried & preserved flowers, wrapping papers, flower boxes, color sprays, baskets, decoration cards, vases, pots, and related florist supplies.
  
• Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Fees: When making an international purchase, your package will likely be subject to import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, and administrative levies assessed by the destination country's government. These charges are typically computed by customs officials based on the item's declared value, commercial category, and foundational materials.
  
• Customer Liability: All import taxes, customs clearance fees, and country-specific duties are to be borne entirely by the customer. Pudu Ria Southern has no control over these regional government assessments, cannot predict their specific amounts, and will not issue financial compensation, shipping refunds, or returns if an item is delayed or abandoned at customs due to unpaid local fees.
  
• Logistics Disruption: We are not liable for international transit delays arising from customs inspections, border holdups, or third-party courier scheduling.
  

 

SECTION 10 - FRESHNESS GUARANTEE & RESOLUTION CLAUSE

• Defect Reporting: If your perishable floral products arrive damaged or in exceptionally poor structural health, you must submit a formal service ticket via our official WhatsApp support channel (+60 14-331 1033 or +60 16-836 1366) within 24 hours of delivery. The claim submission must be accompanied by clear, well-lit digital photographic evidence of the defect.
  
• Remediation Limits: Valid claims verified by our team will be resolved exclusively through equivalent floral replacements on your next scheduled routing or via issued online store credit. Due to the highly perishable nature of organic goods, cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
  

 

SECTION 11 - WORKSHOP & CLASS TERMS

By purchasing a ticket or enrolling in any floral styling workshop or masterclass organized by Pudu Ria Southern, you explicitly agree to the following instructional policies:

• Registration & Payment Confirmation: Your registration in any session is officially secured only upon receipt of full payment. Inventory slots are strictly capped and allocated under a rolling first-come, first-served mechanism.
  
• Contact Data Accuracy: Participants must supply valid, functional email and WhatsApp contact parameters. Pudu Ria Southern disclaims all responsibility for missed coursework parameters arising from faulty data input.
  
• Perishable Material Rules & Cancellations: Because specific organic quantities, global imports, and dedicated design setups are locked in for each participant well in advance, all workshop booking fees are strictly non-refundable.
  
• Absence Accommodations: If you find yourself unexpectedly unable to attend, you may utilize one of the following remediation options:
  • Seat Transfer: You may transfer your ticket to another individual, provided you supply our care desk with the alternate participant's full name and contact parameters at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the class launch.
  • Self-Collection: You may request to collect your raw floral materials and styling kit directly from our studio within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled class time. Due to the breakdown speed of cut florals, organic freshness is completely un-guaranteed for delayed material collections.
  
• No-Show Forfeiture: Failure to appear at the class without formal notification prior to session launch results in the complete, automatic forfeiture of the entire registration premium and your associated material bundle.
  
• Seasonality & Tool Protocols: Floral stocks are subject to structural agricultural factors. We reserve the right to swap target floral components, variations, or colors based on localized market accessibility while matching equivalent design values. All premium apparatus (shears, cutters, support equipment) utilized inside the studio remain the structural property of Pudu Ria Southern unless explicitly defined as an inclusive take-home kit component.
  
• Safety & Personal Liability Waiver: Class routines involve heavy deployment of industrial scissors, sharp processing knives, and binding wires. By completing registration, participants explicitly commit to following all safety guidance set out by the instructor. Pudu Ria Southern accepts no legal liability or financial responsibility for injuries, lacerations, physiological allergic flare-ups to plants/botanicals, or damage sustained to personal attire and belongings during the course of the session.
  
• Punctuality Enforcement: Sessions launch precisely on time. Attendees are requested to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to process checking requirements. Late entrants will be caught up at the discretion of the instructor, but overall class conclusion schedules remain immutable.
  
• Media & Promotional Likeness Rights: We routinely record photography and digital video reels during sessions for deployment on corporate social feeds and advertising frameworks. Registration grants Pudu Ria Southern an unrestricted permission layer to utilize your visual likeness within these marketing configurations. If you prefer to opt out of media recording, you must explicitly notify our registration staff prior to session launch.
  
• Minimum Quorums & Disruption Postponements: In rare frameworks where a curriculum fails to hit minimum required class capacities or the specialized instructor faces medical emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the block. Impacted registrants will be offered an alternate timeline slot or a full credit/cash reversal at our team's discretion.
  

 

SECTION 12 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Pudu Ria Florist Trading (Southern) Sdn Bhd and protected by international copyright laws.

 

SECTION 13 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and Singapore, corresponding to the judicial territory where the transaction or delivery fulfillment was executed.
