Can I choose the specific flowers in my subscription?
To ensure the highest quality and best value, our subscriptions are "Designer’s Choice." This allows our florists to use the absolute freshest stems that arrived that morning.
What happens if I’m not home?
We recommend providing a safe, shaded spot for our couriers to leave your flowers, or a guardhouse/reception desk. Because flowers are perishable, we suggest putting them in water as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can manage your subscription through your account. We require at least 3 business days' notice before your next scheduled delivery for any cancellations or pauses.
Are the flowers already in a vase?
Our standard subscription is delivered as a beautifully wrapped "mixed bunch" ready for your own vase. If you require a vase for your first delivery, you can add one to your order at checkout!
