We are pleased to offer international shipping for our curated range of floral supplies and decorative items. Please review our global shipping standards and compliance requirements below.
1. Product Eligibility
At this time, we ship Floral Supplies and Decorative Items internationally (e.g., wrapping papers, ribbons, cards, and specialized tools).

Restrictions: We do not ship fresh flowers or live plants internationally at this time due to agricultural export regulations. We are working on expanding these services and will announce updates on our website as they become available.

Singapore Exception: We deliver all products except live plants to Singapore via our dedicated truck service on designated days.
2. Processing & Delivery Timeline

Dispatch: All international orders for floral supplies are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order placement.

Carrier: We partner with DHL Express to ensure your items reach you safely.

Arrival Estimate: Orders typically arrive within 1–7 business days after dispatch. Please note that the final delivery timeline depends on shipping schedules and local customs clearance procedures.

Rates: Real-time shipping rates will be calculated and reflected automatically at the Checkout page.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering from Pudu Ria Southern for delivery outside of Malaysia, the recipient is considered the Importer of Record.

Compliance: The recipient must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Fees: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Pudu Ria Southern has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Non-Refundable Policy: Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
4. How to Avoid Delivery Delays
To ensure your order reaches you without interruption, we strongly recommend:

Provide a Valid Phone Number: Ensure a reachable contact number is provided at checkout. This is listed on the commercial invoice so customs officials can contact you for clearance.

Monitor Carrier Requests: Do not ignore requests from DHL regarding duty or tax liabilities. Most carriers hold a shipment for only 5 days after arrival before returning it to the sender.

Proactive Tracking: We do not refund original shipping charges for goods refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties.
